Troubleshooting

Common problems and their solutions

If you have trouble scanning the QR code:

  • Make sure the QR code is clearly visible and well lit
  • Try enlarging the QR code on the screen
  • Print the QR code instead of scanning from a screen
  • If you only have one device, you can enter the data manually (details in email)

If eSIM is installed but internet doesn't work:

  • Check if you enabled Data Roaming
  • Make sure eSIM is set as default data line
  • Restart your phone
  • Check if you're in a country covered by the eSIM plan
  • Turn airplane mode off and on

This error can occur for several reasons:

  • Your device may not support eSIM - check the compatible devices list
  • Your device may be carrier locked
  • The QR code may have already been used (each QR code can only be used once)
  • Check if you have a stable Wi-Fi connection

Yes! Most modern smartphones support Dual SIM:

  • You can use your SIM card for calls and SMS
  • eSIM can be used for data only
  • You can keep your phone number and WhatsApp number
  • In settings you can choose which line to use for different purposes

iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Select eSIM plan > Remove eSIM Plan

Android: Settings > Network & internet > SIM cards > Select eSIM > Remove

Warning: After removing eSIM, it cannot be reinstalled. If you need to use eSIM again, contact our support.
