We offer a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if the eSIM package has not been activated on your phone.
If you did not receive the delivery email from us due to a delivery issue, please contact our support team and we will resend the eSIM or process a refund.
We do not charge any fees for refunds. You will receive the full amount of your order back.
Once the refund is approved, it may take up to 14 days from the date of the request to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
