We offer a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if the eSIM package has not been activated on your phone.
Due to an email delivery issue, you did not receive the delivery email from us. In such cases, please contact our support team and we will resend the delivery or process a refund.
A transaction fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days from the date of the request to process.
